About Our Founder

The founder of HR Strategies Today, Paul Endress has thirty years of experience as the CEO of a software company and started using hiring assessments to solve his own hiring problems. Through HR Strategies Today he shares his research and best (and worst) practices with companies throughout North America.

Over the past fifteen years he has helped companies of all size maximize their investment in human capital by refining their hiring processes to increase the quality of their work force.

Paul is the author of The Executives Guide To Assessments and The Hiring Secrets of Google, and is a frequent speaker at SHRM events, some of which are listed below. You can find him listed in the official Recommended Speakers from SHRM Conferences publication.
